| Q. How is the
printing applied? |
A. The
lettering is computer cad-cut out of vinyl film then heat and pressure
applied for a durable long lasting bond. The lettering is
completed with a matte finish (non-shiny) for a classic printed look. |
| Q. Is the
lettering ironed on? How long will it last? |
A. This isn't
like the old ironed on lettering of days past. The lettering and
numbers are made from a ultra -thin and durable vinyl. This new
material can be printed on any color fabric and remain sharp and bright. |
| Q. Do you do
sewn on letters/numbers? |
A. Sewn on
lettering and numbering is called tackle twill. This requires
additional labor and materials that we don't supply. Most uniform
companies we've found that do offer this service have a 10-12 piece
minimum and up to an $85 setup charge. In order to offer quality
uniforms with no minimum order requirements at an affordable price we
only offer heat-set vinyl lettering and numbering.. |
| Q. Do you do
embroidery? |
A. The only
embroidery we offer is monogrammed garments - left chest or right chest
in your choice of colors -- see Sportshirts
link for more info. We also offer heat-sealed embroidery for
baseball caps. You can select up to 3 pre-embroidered letters in 1 or 2
colors that is heat/pressure applied to a cap or hat. This has the
look and feel of embroidery without the setup cost. |
| Q. How long
does it take? |
A. Generally
customized garments are produced and shipped within a 1-2 week window.

| Q. Do you have
minimum order requirements? |
A. No, not at
all. You may order any quantity of garments and mix & match any
combination of products and services that can be ordered online.
We do have a setup fee of $35 for custom options that are not available
online with less than 12 pieces. |
| Q. What will my
final product look like? |
A. The final
product will resemble screen-printed printing but will be crisp and
sharp. |
| Q. Will the
lettering be centered? |
A. All lines of
lettering will be centered in the area of printing. If the
lettering is on the left chest, then each line will be centered and
printed approx 3" over from the middle of the chest. |
| Q. Do you ship
rush orders? |
A. In some
cases we can rush orders but we are limited to availability and
production constraints. Rush orders are handled on a case by case basis |
| Q. It's been 3
days since I ordered a blank garment. How come it hasn't arrived? |
A. All garments
require processing and production time -- even blank ones. We only
maintain a small quantity of inhouse blanks and everything else is
ordered factory direct as needed. We place orders for stock 1-2
times a week and delivery takes 2-3 days to get to us. Then orders
are sorted and shipped. Shipping time is based on when the order
is processed and completed. See

| Q. Do you
charge for setup? |
A. There is no
setup charge for any options that are ordered online. We can cut custom
logos, stylize just about any font and we have a large selection of
pre-designed logos, mascots and artwork. There is a $35.00 setup
for a custom logo with less than 12 pieces. We do offer free setup
with 12 or more pieces and 1/2 hour of free artwork consultation.
Additional consultation is available for $60 per hour billed in 1/4 hour
increments. |
| Q. Where do you
ship? |
A. We only ship
to the U.S. and its territories and Canada. |
| Q. Where is
your sizing chart and how do I determine sizes? |
A. Click here
for the SIZING CHART. The best way
to determine what size you need is to measure around the chest with a
tape measure and refer to our sizing chart. Keep in mind that
ladies t-shirts like the Bella and Hanes Silver for Her run smaller as
is the style. Also team uniform jerseys are intended to by worn by
an athletic build and designed for competitive game play.

| Q. What sort of
discounts do you offer? |
A. We offer
quantity discounts based on the total items ordered. See
GROUP DISCOUNTS for more info. |
| Q. Do you give
free samples? |
A. No. Due to
the anonymoty of the internet we don't give "Free Samples". If you want
to purchase an item to check quality and sizing then return it to be
lettered or refunded we are more than happy to accommodate your
requests. |
| Q. Do you have
catalogs available? |
A. We do have
some catalogs but our website offering is a compilation of several
suppliers offering a huge selection of apparel and uniforms. If

| Q. How do I
return an item? |
A.
Non-customized unwashed, clean and unworn items may be returned for a
refund. See TERMS/RETURNS for more details.
Please note that customized garments are not returnable for reasons
other than defects, flaws or error on our part. |
| Q. There seems
to be an error on the website -- what should I do? |
A. We would
like to know if there appears to be errors, broken links or other

| Q. How can I
make sure the color on the screen matches the actual jersey? |
A. Color matching can be difficult to
portray on a computer screen. The flat images we use are a single shade
but most fabrics, especially dazzle and mini-mesh may look different at
different angles. Some things to keep in mind are --

Sports uniforms are dyed to match
major team colors.

the matching fabric.

| Q. I received
my garment and it doesn't fit. Can I return it or can you alter it? |
A. Sorry, but
in most cases when you order a customized garment and you didn't select
the proper size or made a spelling error then it is not returnable.
In some cases we may be able to remove/alter lettering using a harsh
cleaning chemical sprayed through a 1500psi gun. However, the
materials we use are designed to be permanent and last the life of the
garment. We cannot guarantee that the garment will look like new
and there may be additional charges involved. |
