 Generally our turnaround during the holidays will range around 4-7 business days for production.
We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. We understand that most people want to receive their items by Christmas and we will do everything in our power to meet our customers demands.  However we cannot be responsible for delivery problems that occur as a result of third party vendors including our shipping agents and suppliers.  Issues from mis-shipped stock to the Postal Service being delayed by severe winter weather are fact of life and are by all means the exception. If there is a backorder that will delay your order we will try our best to find a reasonable substitute.

We maintain a 1-2 week turnaround to allow for any mis-shipments, mis-prints, defective garments etc.

11-2 business days		 From the time you place your order to the time it is processed in our system.
Stock & Materials to Arrive
11-7 business days		 All our team uniforms are ordered factory direct at least once a week. The time it takes for us to receive the garments can range from 2-8 business days depending on what day you place the order.
Team orders without custom options can be shipped direct from the factory (see Rush Orders /Dropships below).
Production Time -
1-3 business days		 Orders with custom options, lettering numbering, logos, etc. - generally range from 1-3 business days once we receive the items in-house.
Delivery Time -
2-8 business days		 Upon completion of your order it is shipped via your chosen delivery method.

Availability / Backorders Most of our garments displayed on our website are in stock from our suppliers and ready for shipment or production.  Occasionally, i.e. out of season items may be backordered and turnaround time is usually within 2-4 weeks. Discontinued items are are subject to availability.

Processing Time
1-2 business days		 Pre-printed garments, i.e. Soccer, Hockey, Baseball, Humorous Tees, etc., are shipped from our warehouse by the end of the next business day or sooner if we have the garments in stock.
Production Time
1-2 business days		 If stock is needed an additional day or two may be required for your shirt to be printed on the next print run.
