We take your order and
setup the design according to traditional uniform specifications. |

Your names and logos are
digitally cut from Stahls ThermoFilm. The #1 material for single or
multi-color team personalizations. |

After the film is cut,
excess material is removed to reveal the print ready design on a
clear plastic backer material. |
| Then numbers are
positioned by hand using exacting measurements according to the
size, type of the jersey and the particular sport. |
 |
Once the layout is
confirmed, we use a clear carrier to position the design on the
jersey. |
 |

The design is then heat
and pressure set into the jersey for an initial hold. |
 |
A final textured cover
sheet is then applied and a second pressing completes the custom
jersey. |
| When completed the result
is a highly opaque, permanent and ultra thin design made to last the
life of the garment. |

We then carefully fold
and package your custom jersey, ready to be sent out for your
enjoyment. |
