this chart is to provide a general idea of turnaround time for
your order. We have many different products and services all
with a range of steps required to complete and different
shipping options available, so we don't have a
one-size-fits-all turnaround time. Also there are factors that
we cannot control such as backorders, mis-ships, large volume
of orders, etc that may require additional time.

Generally, most Custom Orders will ship out in 1-2 weeks
Processing Time -
1-2 business days
All our team uniforms
are ordered factory direct at least once a week. The
turnaround time we receive the garments can range from 2-8 business days
depending on what day you place the order. Team orders without
custom options can be shipped direct from the factory (see Rush
Orders below).
Stock
& Materials to Arrive 1-7 business days
All our team uniforms
and custom apparel
are ordered factory direct at least once a week. The
turnaround time we receive the garments can range from 1-7 business days
depending on what day you place the order. Also items like cap
embroidery and materials for names and numbers require a time
allowance if they are not in stock.
We try our best to
ship custom orders as quickly as possible. We quote a
1-2 week turnaround to allow for any mis-shipments, mis-prints,
defective garments etc.
Team orders without
custom options can be shipped direct from the factory (see Rush
Orders below).
Production Time - 1-3 business days
Orders with custom
options, lettering numbering, logos, etc. - generally range from 1-3
business days once we receive the items in-house.
Delivery Time -
2-8 business days
Upon completion of
your order it is shipped via your chosen delivery method. See
Shipping Time Chart Below.
Availability
Most of our
garments displayed
on our website are in stock from our suppliers and ready for
shipment.
Occasionally, i.e. out of season items may be backordered and
turnaround time is usually within 2 weeks.

Rush Orders
Rush orders for blank uniforms and apparel can be shipped
direct from our suppliers for an additional fee. Use this
option when placing your order or email us at
info@hardkor-sports.com for a quote. In some cases we will
automatically ship direct from the supplier at no extra
charge. Generally for larger orders of at least two pieces or
for customers close to the supplier. |
