Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at HK Sports meets your high standards or you can return it for replacement, credit or refund. 
Customized garments are not returnable for reasons other than damaged or flawed material. If you have questions about printing methods, garments sizing and workmanship, we strongly recommend that you use our sizing charts and read specific product details carefully to ensure you receive what you expect.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Customized Garments:
Customized garments include pre-printed t-shirts without personalization, blank uniforms, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. Items must be in new, unworn condition. Single piece orders of blank uniforms and apparel will receive store credit only. Cancellation and restocking fees apply - see below
Customized Garments:
Customized garments are NOT returnable and can only be exchanged if damaged or misprinted by us.  You are responsible to ensure that you ordered the correct size, style and color that you want and that spelling, grammar, punctuation, are correct.
Returns & Exchanges:
You may request a return or exchange for
1) Any non-customized garment that doesn't meet your standards
2) Any garment you received that is not the size you ordered, that is damaged or flawed.  
You may return the items(s) for inspection and repair to the address below:
Return Procedures
1) We will need your order number and name.
2) Specify whether you want a refund, exchange or credit.
3) If you request an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number. Include size, quantity, color choices and additional funds if applicable.
4) Mail or ship via U.S Postal via the same method you received the order to:

Order Cancellations/Restocking Fee:
Custom orders are subject to a 20% or $10 minimum cancellation/restocking fee. 
Non-customized apparel will be charged a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. 
Fees will only be waived if items are out of stock or we are unable to ship your order within the maximum timeframe outlined under Shipping Info. Since our work begins once you submit your order, we charge cancellation fees to cover the cost of labor, materials, return postage and restocking fees we are charged by our vendors.
Postage Reimbursement:
We will reimburse you for your return postage on misprinted or incorrect items shipped up to the amount of the original postage selection.  This only applies to U.S. 1st Class or Parcel Post and Priority Mail.  Any return postage charges over that amount (FedEx, UPS, etc) will not be reimbursed.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made by check, credit back to your card or refund back to Paypal within 5 business days of receipt of goods at our location or after order cancellation.
